Tailor Lofts

The community

Tailor Lofts is a characterful loft conversion of a 1915 industrial building in Chicago's West Loop, near the University of Illinois Chicago. Soaring windows, exposed structure and authentic detailing give its residences a distinctive character that new-build product simply can't replicate.

For students who want something with real personality in one of Chicago's most dynamic neighborhoods, Tailor Lofts stands apart — and Waterfall Living's operating focus keeps the experience as strong as the architecture.

• An authentic industrial loft conversion
• Soaring windows and genuine West Loop character
• Steps from the University of Illinois Chicago
• Distinctive homes you can't find in new construction
